Family Tree Maker conversion

I have been given a copy of a cousin's family tree, but it is in FTM (Family Tree Maker) format and I do not have the software. I will not have the opportunity to ask for a GEDCOM export instead for a number of months, and there does not appear to be a free trial of FTM I could download.
Is there some kind soul that has the software on their computer that would convert the file for me please? Or suggest where I can get a (legal) trial copy of FTM?
Many thanks
Adrian

I could do it for you no problem, if you need it done still, email it to me at ancestry at btinternet.com
EDIT: assuming it is one that can still be opened by FTM 2010 that is.

Many thanks Dave, I have emailed it to you. Not sure which version but suspect it is fairly recent. It is actually FTW not FTM as I suggested.
Thanks
Adrian

Sorry Dave, I am having some trouble sending it, it was stuck in my outbox. I've just realised it's 87MB and I'm not sure the email servers like that much

Adrian you might be better using one of the large file sending services, dropbox or similar (
http://www.largefilesasap.com/ looks Ok, but I haven't tried it)
Also try ziping the database before sending it.

We use MailBigFile.com in my office for sending stuff that's too big to email sensibly. They offer a free but entirely usable service - you upload to MailBigFile and your intended recipient gets an email from them with a download link in it. (We use the professional version in the office - costs all of a tenner a year!)

Hi Adrian,
I have converted the file for you. The reason it was so large is that there were 69 embedded images, these have been extracted and saved separately to the Gedcom file. I do not know of any way to get the file into Family Historian with the links to the media preserved. Though I can tell you that the images have all been named in such a way that you should be able to see to whom they belong.
I will email you the converted file that will open correctly in Family Historian, and I will email you a link where you can download the images, which I have zipped into a 28mb zip file.
Please let me know when you have downloaded this zip file, and I will then delete it from the server.
