* Registration Key

I downloaded the trial copy, used it and liked it so have bought a boxed version.
Problem is when I put the registration key in it tells me that' the username and key are not compatable ' or words to that effect.
It has been suggested that I uninstall the trial version and reinstall the CD version.
Questions are 1) is this the solution to a problem that should not exist and 2) will I lose all the settings that I have put into the trial version.

You need to install the Boxed version over the Download trial, as the keys are different.

You won't lose any project data, but if you have customised standard reports or diagram text schemes save them as custom names, before installing.
