1) My email address is incorrect, it shows me as being with NTL. My address is **REMOVED**. How can I correct it?
2) I have posted a question on usage and have received a reply, how is this done and how can I say thank you?

I have changed your email on your profile. You can do any other changes by selecting My Profile from the menu on the left and then clicking the Edit Profile Link.

To reply to a message simply click on the Post Reply button at the bottom of the message.
