extension of the task bar

good morning
would someone please tell me how to extend the task bar. When I go into diagrams, no matter if ancester ot descendant the task bar ends at 'view whole diagram'; no matter what I do I cannot see the grabber or movement control.
I would be most grateful for any assistance

If you resize the Main Family Historian Window and make it smaller does the tool bar split and go on to two lines?

Can you see the vertical scroll bar on the right?
