Family Tree Maker GEDCOM file.

I have received a Gedcom file generated by Family Tree Maker (17.0.0.965), and when I load it into FH (4.1.2) all the individuals are loaded and seen, but none of the spouse/child/parent links are there.

Comparing the Gedcom file format generated by FH to the Family Tree Maker format shows subtle differences.

Does anybody know of any specific diffeneces in the formats that prevent the links working?
