Another thing that I'm having a little trouble with is unlinking individuals. In particular when unlinking spouses.
Again FTM used to offer me a choice of taking children with the unlinked spouse, whereas in FH it seems that you have to unlink the children, unlink the spouse, and then relink children to unlinked spouse, finally re-linking the unlinked spouse to somewhere else.
Seems kind of long-winded, or am I missing a trick please?

Unlinking
I may have misunderstood the requirement, but why not just unlink the other spouse?
It may be that I have missed the point here. Or even if I haven't, it could just be a convenience thing - if you're looking at X, why should you have to navigate to Y to do what you want to do? Either way, by all means add this to the FHUG Wish List.

Unlinking
Hmmm, quite right. I just tested it. Seems I was stuck in the FTM way of doing things, so I was clearly missing a trick.
The children are left with the spouse that is being unlinked FROM, so one simply has to unlink the spouse that you wish to have the children removed from. Perhaps if the description was 'unlink from spouse *and children*' ... [confused] In essence it is a little unintuitive that unlinking from a spouse also unlinks the children, without asking, as they could belong to either spouse.
Ok, thanks. Probably not worth adding to the wish list, though.
