Is there any way to move information from 'Additional information' to the related field in 'Individual Events and Attributes'?

To be specific, when the Birth attribute is displayed, the Place field is in the 'individual events' section , but the  address is displayed in 'additional information'. Can I arrange to put these both in the 'individual events' section, in the sequence: address, place?
