I am so sorry to be asking what might seem to many, a very basic question, but here goes.
Diagram 11 shows Ian Munro, wife Charlotte, 3 children and sources.
However, on the PC I see Ian, Charlotte - no children- then the sources. If I wanted to add children on the property box how do I do it? Thank you

I have tried this and I have the 3 children displayed. I have the property box floating so it is shown full size. If I dock the property box to the side of the main window then the children are not displayed as there is insufficient space. I can however move downwards the little dotted bar above the sources yellow pane, which reveals that the children are there but could not be displayed in the space available.
Is this your problem. Have you displayed the property box at full size?
I do not think there is a way to not display the children of a couple in the bottom part of the property box. They are always there even if you cannot see them.
