I would like to know how other users of FH number thier individuals.At present I use the Record ID origionally given as the Custom ID but as my tree grows I am splitting up various sections so they are not too large to handle and find this gets confusing as I have lots of numbers.Does anyone have a system of Custom IDs' that could be used to identify individuals keeping in mind that you are constantly adding people.[tongue]

I don't use them as I use the standard ID's and as I only have 2,500 people I see no need to split my file, I know FH can happliy handle files 10 times larger than that.
