Hi,

I have only just discovered details of my grandad's first marriage.

The problem is that all the details of his 2nd marriage, and his  children from the 2nd marriage are currently shown on his record.

In order to show the details of the 1st marriage in the correct order, do I need to firstly delete all the details of the 2nd marriage (& the children),then enter details of the 1st marriage followed by adding again all details of 2nd marriage & family.

Please tell me there's a quicker way of adjusting the record?

No you can add the first wife now. Then open the property box for your grandad. On the main tab next to Spouse will be the tab for each wife. Across to the right is an arrow for changing the order of them.
