Diagrams - where does FH keep config?

Post by davidm_uk » 05 May 2010 17:18

I asked this some long time ago, but didn't get the answer I wanted [cry] so am going to try again just in case someone knows something different.

When you use Diagram Options to modify boxes and then add some record record flags, where is FH storing this information?

I'd like to see if I can change the order in which the flags are displayed on the diagram. It seems that they are displayed on the diagram in the order in which they were set up in the Diagram Options/boxes window, but short of deleting and re entering them there's no built in way of changing the order, but maybe by editing a config file somewhere it can be achieved (unless of course it's in the registry somewhere - that's a bridge too far for me!)

Anyone any ideas?

To re-arrange the Flag order just select the Flag option in the box selection and then Click 'Edit Condition' to re-order the flags.

Most diagram settings are stored in the Application Settings area see [wiki]how_to:move_settings[/wiki]. How ever I would recommend saving your preferred layout as a custom diagram type, so

1. You have a backup if you install an upgrade
2. You can easily export the configuration to share with other users or on another machine.
