Individual box/diagram problem

In a individual box I have added the persons mother & father, but they do not show up in the diagram. Every other individual in this tree shows parents etc. except this one?

I don't think I understand your problem and even if I could I don't know whether I could answer it! But if you could post an image of what you have on the screen then there is a fighting chance that someone might be able to assist you.

If you centre your diagram on the child do the parents show?
If so then it may simply be that you are using an All relations diagram, and the people you added are not relations of the root, for example they are parents of a spouse.
