I must have done something wrong here but don't know what.
I recently upgraded to V4 and started on a relatively new project. I tinkered with adding census report images to sources and had them showing on the Family Group report ok but printed out they were a no no. I then altered the report options not to show the images, just the text from source. All seemed ok then I was back to how I did my reports before BUT I noticed that at the end of the report ( I have my sources added at end of report on new page) a duplicate census??
I have tried everything but cannot get rid of it. Anyone have any ideas as to what I have done?
Using V4 and Vista 32bit.

Extra source showing on family report
Have managed to rectify the situation by removing all the instances of the 1891 census from every member of the family and then redoing it, hmmm! Wish I knew why the extra census citation was showing up on the report though.

Extra source showing on family report
The most likely reason was a subtle difference in the citations, a comma or a full stop is enough, to stop FH from combining them.
I assume you entered them by hand rather than using GC or AS?

Extra source showing on family report
Hi Jane, yes did it by hand but the citation was the exact smae one but repeated at the end of the report. Only had the one, it was an 1891 census report. Very odd but anyway all sorted now. Thanks.

Although you only had one source you had many citations, the citation is what links the source to the person.
