Source notations on Reports

When producing either the Individual Summary Report or The Family Group Sheet, I find that quite often the same source is listed more than once in the listing at the bottom of the report.

Can this be eliminated so that a source is only listed once with the same reference number superscript in the report's text?

Sorry Jane,
I can't identify this item in the Wish List. Could you please advise the Wish List description?

Also what does the green tick against some items mean.

Green ticks mean they were added on 2.2

There are several for sources including
Support a 'Sources Only' listing.

If you use the 'search the wish list option' and search for source they will all be listed.
