Can anybody tell me how I can put the address in with the place name in reports, I have included all churches etc. in the address bar, and wish to show them in the reports.

How to add address into reports
If you are talking about normal reports, just check the report option for addresses. If you are talking about narrative reports, modify your sentence template to include them.
