Saving custom colours

Post by SueM » 01 Apr 2010 10:23

After spending quite a bit of time changing the colours of the Focus window and Diagram window,I was wondering if it is possible to save the changes so that I can use them at a later date.....if I need to unistall reinstall FH.
If not then I think it would be a great idea to add this to the wish list!

This is not yet on the official Wish List but there is already a Wish List Request which includes this at:
http://www.fhug.org.uk/cgi-bin/index.cg ... y&num=4352
It appears to have quite a bit of support, so should make it on to the Wish List in due course.

I appreciate it's not ideal, but you can keep a note somewhere of the RGB values that you used. To see the RGB colour values for each item, click the 'Custom Colours' button in the Colours dialog - the RGB values are shown on the right. That would at least save you having to effectively redesign the look. You could just type the numbers back in if you re-installed.

That's quite a good idea of noting the RGB values. I'll do that and hope that in the future a save feature will be added.
Many thanks
