Hi, Rickoshea.
I'm afraid you're going to have to provide some specifics if you truly want assistance; asking for data on one entire surname in a whole country is a bit too much for anyone to be able to provide, unfortunately.
Try posting a specific question, such as: 'Does anyone have any information on a George Windmill, born around 1855 in London, England, and married a Georgette Miller in 1875 in Manchester ?'
That would probably garner some suggestions on how to proceed, and someone here might even have information! Remember, genealogy tends to be about specifics, not generalities.
