It would be useful to be able to include the Family Id number at the top of each page.

Family Group Sheet
You can add the family number to the top section of the page, although not to the page heading or the title.
Which were you wanting to do?

Jane asked me to have a look at this one. In most reports she would be right, but I don't think she is about the Family Group Sheet. At present I can't see any way that you can get the record id (family Id) into either the title, the page heading or the top section. That does seem something you should be able to do. How about adding it to the FHUG Wish List?

Thanks for your reply, Simon. It would be useful to be able to add the FamilyId either of the parents or as a spouse to other reports/lists.
I am also a PAF user still and am able to print Family Group Sheets showing the family number with the heading. I then printed a customised index using the parents marriage number as the page number. It was then very easy to turn to any record sheet I needed when researching in record offices or sharing information with others at meetings.

Family Group Sheet
Greetings
I am not sure if this has made it to the Wish list as suggested, but I cannot find it. It is a small thing but my number one wish.
I file my work by families and and the order of the families by using the family record id number. At the front of each family I have a copy of the family group record sheet.
Ancestral Quest, that I used to use, has the ability to show the family number prominantly at the top of the family group sheet and also to show the individual's id number to the right of each family member's name.
In hope!
