A quick question this time:
Is it possible for the marriage record to be shown in the husband's box as well as the wife's?

Yes, you can change the line logic, but remember the reason the marriage is normally shown on the spouse box is that if there is more than one marriage there will be only one main box, but two spouse boxes in some instances.
