I have made several versions of CDs, but have had to start from scratch each time.
Is it possible to use earlier settings and data by copying the original CD version files into a new directory so that it automatically gets picked up when you initially select the 'Make a Family Tree CD' option from the Tools menu?

Updating a CD version
On version 4 the settings for each Project are remembered. They are stored in the Project folder. So I am not sure what the advantage of using the original folder is other than perhaps a speed of generation improvement.
