I know this has been discussed before
I have done a search but can't find it
In diagrams making the boxes all the same size

I have just been doing this.
With the diagram open, click on the Diagram tab and choose 'Pages Rows/Columns & Boxes' and then 'Make all boxes the same width'.

This depends on if you have your diagram in Vertical or Horizontal format.
You can make all boxes the Same height for a top down diagram.
If you want to force all the boxes the same width, just set the minimum box with greater than your widest box requirement.
Be aware this is very wasteful of space.
