Help!!! I cant get into my FH. It gets onto my screen and then freezes, if I click on it anywhere it just bings. Ive reinstalled my disk, still no difference, Ive tried to load previous backups, no difference. Once on my screen I cant close it down either I have to reboot to get rid of it in its frozen state. I used it earlier in the day and it was fine. Please help but dont get too technical or just speak slowly cos Im not very clever
with my computer.

Just a couple, well three actually, of questions:
1 - Does everything else run ok on your machine, nothing else freezing up?
2 - What operating system are you using? Is it Windows XP, Windows 98, Mac or some other?
3 - Do you have an anti virus program on your machine?

Thanks for your reply. Ive actually manage to sort it out. Everything else was running OK on my system (98) so I finally realised it must be something Id done. Ive been running HiJack This because Id been hijacked and I found that one of the files Id removed had caused the problem, when I restored it FH runs perfectly again.
