I have flags and box schemes attached to different individuals but kept losing them when temporariliy they were no longer attached to anyone (hope that makes sense!)What I have done now is create a separate individual named 'FOR FLAGS ONLY' and attached all flags etc to it,so now no flags can be lost as one indiviual has them all![grin]

You don't actually need to do this, just go to
Tools/Work With Flags and Lists.

Select each Flag you want to always have available from the drop down and click Flag Status, and tick the Always include in Flag Lists.
