Place names inverted

In place names (married in, for example) the text is upside down. This is a recent development. It happens with all gedcom files, so it isn't the ged file.

If I outline the text with the mouse it is the right way up, but when I click somewhere else it reverts. If I delete the place and reinsert, either by typing or selecting from the list, it is the right way up, but when I click elsewhere it reverts.

If I type in a completely new location for a new event, initially it is the right way up, but immediately reverts on clicking elsewhere.

Any suggestions? Anybody know where the place name list is?

This is a known issue with some graphics drivers on V4.0.0

Please download and install V4.0.2

If you do want the Place List it's on Tools/Work With Data/Places.

Thanks so much, Jane. Problem solved. What a relief! I really didn't want to have to reinput thousands of places!
