Opening witht a selected person

Hi

I was just wondering if/how i could open my gedcom file with the last family/person i was entering detals for.

I don't want to continue changing my 'root person'.

Not currently, but what you could do is set up a named list with your current 'subjects' then you can just click on the list entry to jump to them.

Hi Roz,
The easiest way to find the last person you entered data for would be to use the Records Window. If you add a column showing when each persons record was updated and sort this column descending, the person at the top will be the last one you entered data for. You can then select that person and continue from where you left off . . .
