Pictures in reports
I have created a custom attribute for 'MilitaryService' and a source number, in my case, as 0005. I have over 20 pictures which I have loaded and numbered from 0005a to 0005w all based on date 0005a being the earliest. All are linked to the same source and same individual. I can see all the pictures in the right order date wise in the Multimedia window but when I print either an individual report or a narrative report for this person the pictures are not appearing in the right order. Some are appearing under the 'narrative' section, some under the source section and some are duplicated under both. Can anyone help me out please?
Also if you link to face, is it also possible to have the full picture in the report as well as the 'cut out' face and if so how do I do this
Finally, the attribute I have created for military reads ' he experienced military' which isnt quite what I want. What I want to say is that his Military service in WWII was in the RAF. Is there anyway of showing this please?
Many thanks for any help

Not sure on the pictures in more than one place, but check your settings on the report to see what you have.
If you want the full image and the 'face' in reports, just link the image to the person twice once as a face and once as the full image.
To sort out the text, enter the branch of service in the attribute line and edit your Fact Set sentence to what you want.

Thanks Jane, I am still puzzled about the order of the photos though.
If anyone has any ideas I would be grateful.

If you look at the All tab for the source what order are they in there?
Pictures in reports
I have had a look and altered them in the All tab and deleted all reference to dates. They now appear in the correct order under the Sources section of the Individual Narrative, but in the actual section of the Individual narrative not all are appearing and all are in the wrong order. I am at a loss

I think you must have attached the images to the person as well as the source, as I would not expect sources images in the main body of the report. Check the individual record for attached media.

Yes as I say I have linked them both to the person and the source, which presumably is the correct way of doing it. I am wondering though why they aren't all printing under the 'individual' narrative and in order. I am not so worried about the duplication, but would prefer them ideally printed under the narrative section and in order, which doesn't seem to be happening.
