Deleting references to lost photographs

Due to a HDD failure I lost some linked photographs on FH v4...I still have the details of these in the Multimedia window and I wish to delete these....but I cannot find how to undertake this simple task.

Any assistance will be gratefully received.[smile]

In the Multimedia Window left-click the photo or picture with the links you wish to delete. Go to Linked Records & Notes. Left-click to highlight the link you wish to delete. On the tool bar menu go to Edit>Delete.

There are other options such as Unlink From...

Alternately open the mulimedia tab on the records window select the 'lost' record and press delete, FH will tidy up the links to the removed record for you.
