* Named List Menu Missing

I'm operating V4.02 in the old format, rarely using the Focus Window.  Since the upgrade I find that when I activate the Named Lists pane, the 'Lists' Menu doesn't appear on the Menu Bar between 'Tools' and 'Internet' as it used to in V3. See Image

If I then select an individual, select Focus then close the Focus Window it appears.

Is this a new problem which has arisen in V4?

Good catch, it looks to only happen if you start with the Records Window rather than the Focus Window. I will pass it over to Calico.
