I am trying to merge 2 large Gedom files so I have split one into more manageable chunks but some of these chunks still have a hundred or more records in them.
Using FH4 merge requires concentration to check that the records do indeed match and I just can't seem to complete some of the chunks without the risk of making errors.
Is there any way of saving the merge at the partially checked stage so that checking can be resumed before the actual merge ?
Alternatively is there another way of merging data from a big file in manageable chunks ?
Thanks as always

Merging 2 big files
There is a wish list item for saving a merge, so don't forget to vote for it.
Another option might be to use the split tree to break the second tree into smaller chunks.
