Multimedia Window duplication?

I have the Multimedia Window showing and on the right I have a Multimedia Object pane which can be changed by the double arrow above, to the individual pane.
The information and thumbnail in the former appear to be simply duplication of the left hand side of the window.

Can somebody enlighten me please, because I seem to be seeing duplicate/triplicate information and am not clear as to why information doesn't simply appear once.

I suspect you have now done what you asked in your other email and docked the Property Box to the right.

To see other information in that box try clicking on the linked records bottom left.
