I've noticed some odd behaviour using FH4 (4.0.2) and wondered if anyone else is getting the same.
The number of individuals and families in the file is shown at the bottom of the Records Window. After opening a saved chart, the number of individuals shown at the bottom of the Records Window increases by 1. In fact, every saved chart I open (the same or different) increments the number of individuals by 1. Closing the chart(s) does not reverse this. As far as I can tell, there is no actual addition/change to the records, just the number being reported.
Is anyone else seeing this?

It's doing it to me, I suspect it's just the number being updated. I will pass it to Calico for you.
