Family Historian User Group

I am unable to view JPEG in any report. When I checked the multimedia area all the jpeg locations are correct but the box has a X through it.

When I click the box i get 'unable to load object.error on file open'.

Any ideas

If you check the links with the External File Links Tools are they showing with errors?

If you open the files outside of FH are they correct?

It is only a single file or multiple files?

Thanks very much, when I went back to xp from vista the structure was slightly different, did what you suggested and now ok.
