I've just discovered that I have two sources, which are the same albeit with two different names:
Documentation from Jock Hazledine;
Jock Hazledine documentation.
They have 87 and 571 citations respectively.
Is there a quick way that the two sources can be merged or will it have to be done manually?
Regards, Martin.

I don't know if there is a quick way to do this in FH4 directly, however you could manipulate the gedcom file if you feel brave. Find the source reference numbers and then in a text editor do a replace of one for the other (e.g., @S62@ for @S1943@). Then delete the rogue source record itself (in gedcom).
Don't forget to back your file up first if you are going to try it!

Martin,
Source records can be merged using FH directly. The Help file (Basic Record Merging and Branch Merging) contains the following:

Basic Record Merging can be used to merge records of any type - not just Individual records. For example, you might discover that you had accidentally created two source records for the same certificate, say. These two source records should really be one. If you merge them, all source citations (or other links) to either record will now be linked to the new merged source record.

In version 3 you can use Edit and in that menu Merge/Compare Records.
