Associated person

On my test file I have created an associated person to the bride of a marriage. I have now determined that this person was the brides sister, so have added a child to the parents and linked to my existing record. What I would like to know is,is there a way I can remove / delete the associated person record against the bride, as I want to use the associated person purely for non family members. Would I therefore be better of using a note within ie the marriage record for witnesses who are possibly family?.

To delete the associated person link, simply go to the All tab select the field and press delete.

I prefer to use notes in the marriage for witnesses, but of course this means that you don't get any formal link between the individuals.

To delete the associated person (or indeed any other property of an individual), select the relevant line on the All tab and press the Delete key.
