Once you are in customise, tick the advanced option at the bottom and select custom items, you can then select flags from the data reference option.

The tick box will appear when you select a flag, check the entry for the element is a flag.

If it's still not working do a screen shot and post it here and I will see if I can spot the problem

Rachel,

The tick box won't appear until you actually give a person a flag

The easiest way to do screen shots I know of is to use Faststone Capture. You can use it in trial mode.

http://www.faststone.org/FSCaptureDetail.htm

Just use the dotted square to grab the relevant bit of the screen.

Save it to your desktop or any where. Then use the upload image option here to add it to your post, remember to click the insert link before you close the window.

Hoversnap is a pretty good screen capture utility, and it's FREE! It can capture a whole screen, the active window or rectangle that you draw on the screen. It's small and quick.

http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm

then scroll down to find hoversnap.
