Is there a simple way of printing out the records page, showing all individuals in the list? Also can this be done in Word and/or Excel?

Depending on which version of FH you can use a standard query or a custom one on older versions.

In V4

Select
View/Standard Query/All Individuals
from the menu

the list will be displayed then you can press the print Icon to print it or click on the Save Icon to save the file and drop down the file type to select save as a CSV file to load into Excel.
