Hello All,
Have tried several times to download the Gedcom Census, but keep getting error messages - either 'Error Locating Object Handler' or 'corrupt file'.
I expect it's something very simple, but I don't know the solution! Can anyone help, please?
Judith.

I have just checked the download and it is fine.
I would suggest turning off any download managers you may have and if possible turning off any proxy settings and clearing your internet cache.

Jane,
Thanks for your speedy reply and suggestions.
Have done a lot of experimenting, and something must have worked, as I'm pleased to report that Gedcom Census is now finally installed.
(Still not sure what the problem was: the error message appeared when I clicked the 'download now' link. Seemed fine if I typed everything in manually}.
Thanks again for your help,
Judith.[smile]
