* Property box v4 upgrade from disc

Installed v4 upgrade from disc 07.05 purchased from S&N Genealogy.I was using v3.1.2
Windows xp home operating system.
If I open the programme with the shortcut icon the descriptions in the NEW property box view is upside down.i.e. Birth,Baptisms etc.They correct when clicked on to enter info.but revert to upside down when clicked off.
If I open my Gedcom file direct with a Double click the above problem does not manifest itself.
Has anyone experienced similar yet. Or maybe someone can point me in the right direction to correct this.
