Hi,

I started with v2.3, then purchased the v3 upgrade on CD.

Having had a look at Calico Pie's website and S&N Genealogy Supplies I am now completely confused as to what to do to upgrade to v4.

S&N state that the v4 upgrade only works with the FULL v3, but I have an upgrade to v3.

Calico Pie state that if you originally had a CD upgrade, you can't now use a download upgrade.

Can anyone clarify?

The version 4 upgrade, will upgrade any V3 installed version.

I think what you might have seen on the Calico Site is that you can not use keys from the physical CD version with the download version.

I wonder if the confusion goes beyond that? I bought V3 with the free upgrade as a download via the Calico Pie website.
I had a V4 newsletter from Calico Pie, which seemed to contain nothing relevant to me. Indeed if I had followed some of the advice about upgrading I think I would have screwed up.
The Calico Pie website still appears to offer nothing relevant to me as regards upgrade to V4
So I sit patiently waiting for my free upgrade.
