Wondered how long it took from the order to delivery of the download. Ordered on 30 Apr yesterday afternoon and not received yet.

The download version, is normally with in 24 hours, you get an email with your key and the link along with a payment record email from Kagi (the shop system).

So I would check your spam box/spam filter and if it's not hiding in there, drop an email to support@family-historian.co.uk, giving your order number and email details so they can check it for you.

I got mine within about 10 minutes.
