when making a new attribute there is the facility to alter the template with <<insert code. Top of the list is 'Name of Individual (or He/She)'. I want the person's name to appear but all I can get to appear is She or He, dependent upon sex.

Can anyone help please.

The templates are mainly for use on narrative reports. The He/She will be replaced by the name when it is the first sentence in the report.
