* flags on multimedia records page

On the bottom left hand side of multimedia records page the headings read 'Link and Notes' and 'Flags'.

Could someone please tell me what sort of flags I should expect to see here because currently the only thing I can see is X mark that seems to be the same one that appears when I don't want a multimedia item to appear on a report. See attached file.

There are only two multimedia flags at the moment, one to block use on diagrams and one for reports.

As usual if you right click you can see the options available.
