Use Edit>Merge/Compare Records and select the two individuals.
If one of the entries has the wrong parents Unlink them from the parents first.

Gerry, I have 2 sisters who married two brothers. Two different branches to the family tree and both couples are on each branch, if that makes sense. I think the only way I can show that they are sisters/brothers and 2 cousins is by showing a 'link'. I dont like all those coloured link lines on my chart, but i think i may need to get over that. jennifer

You can turn off the coloured links by unticking the 'check for duplicates' box in the 'diagram options' 'general' tab.

Jennifer,
What diagram are you using?
Have you tried selecting the Father of the two girls and then displaying the Descendant diagram (Click View>Standard Diagrams>Descendants OR Click the button on the tool bar 'View descendants')?
