As a convert from Roots/UFT I looked for a report something like their 'Family Journal' which I used a lot. This gives a report in fairly flowing English, in quasi-book form of all (or selections of) the information contained in the various fields of individual and marriage records for a selected number of generations of descendents of a person.
There does not appear to be one in FH. Does anyone know of references to good report generators?

This is known on the wish list as narrative reports.
Several people have had good results with a shareware program called ancestral author, which you will find in the other section of links.
When you asked for a report generator I presume you mean for the sort of report you just asked about?

In addition in the Query store there is a Decendants report with the events etc turned on, you may like to try that as well.
