I am a new user converting from Roots/Ultimate Family Tree, so am still trying to get my head round this software - which seems good!

I see that notes can be linked to several records but an event/attribute can only be linked to one individual or a family (i.e. in effect, two people). So for example a co-residence attribute for a number of people cannot be created.

On the site I have seen reference to the stand-alone package Gedcom Census. I assume this fixes the problem for the census attribute, but not other attributes?

Hi Tim

The Gedcom Census program is a utility I produced to help me to enter census information. It doesn't do anything that couldn't be done manually in Family Historian, it just allows the information to be added more quickly. It creates a single source record for the census household entry together with census events and occupation attributes for each indiviudal linked back to the source.
