Printing Sources

Is there a way I can print a complete list of source records or multimedia records.

Menu, Reports,
More Reports,
Record Details - Sources,
Record Details - Multimedia.

When record selection comes up press the >> button.

Altemativly you can create a query to show the fields you want in a 'spreadsheet' type format.

Thanks - I've got as far as the >> button and all the sources are transferred across. But as soon as I hit the OK button all I get are the sources for whatever I happened to be doing immediately prior to trying to print this list (eg a person) and not the full list

Am I doing something wrong?

I can not reproduce that behaviour. Could you check what version of FH you are on. Also when you have a list of the sources on the record selection for the report does it show all the sources?

I have v2.2.1

But I now see what is happening. Rather than a list being produced for printing, I am getting one source record per page - each printed as a heading. So I have a 220 page report, rather than the 4-pager I was aiming for !!!

Is there any way I can print it as a list ie one line per record, 66 lines to a page,

Try the links to sources Query,
or go to the report options, page layout and untick the new page on new record option.

If you need specific information on the query, I can probably build one to put in the Query store.
For multimedia there is a links to multimedia query.

While we are on the topic of sources. How would I print off those people who were attached to just one particular source.
