* Add image to post?

How do I do this? I clicked on 'Upload Image File', found the file, clicked 'Submit' and was told that the image had been uploaded. It didn't appear in the message panel so where is it? How do I get it to appear in the message?

Once it says uploaded click the link which says 'click here' to insert it into the text.
