Pictures in only SOME boxes - can it be done?

Hi there

Family Historian newbie here, and my apologies if this question has been asked elsewhere, and if I've simply failed to find the answer.

I have a situation where I have several people on a diagram, and all of them have pictures associated with them.  I want to show the pictures on just some of the boxes, not all of them.  Moreover, I'd like to be able to select the picture I use.

I can see how to switch off pictures on ALL boxes, and select a change of picture priority on ALL boxes on the diagram.  But that's not what I want.

So what I'm asking for is the ability to select which picture (or none) I use on a per-box basis.  In a perfect world, I'd like to select the size of the picture on a per-box basis.

Can this be done?

Thanks.

Go to the Objects tab of the Property Dialogue for the person concerned.

Immediately underneath the list of objects is a row of icons.

Click the icon on the right - this will open a menu where you can opt to exclude the photo from Diagrams and/or Reports.

Repeat this for each person concerned.

Thanks for this. It's not quite what I wanted; I was hoping for a 'per-box' solution, as opposed to a 'per-person' solution - that is, I'd like to right-click on the box and click on the 'remove photo' or 'increase size of photo' just for that particular box on that particular diagram.

But I think with a bit of care and with what you've suggested, I may be able to do most of what I want. I'll have a play again. Thanks for your help.
