Impaired Vision

Post by ronsaban » 20 Aug 2007 15:18

Hello. can somebody help please.
Because my vision is failing I am unable to see my trees without the aid of a magnifying glass. To help matters I wish to present each family on a single sheet of A4 with as large a font as the number of individuals will allow.
It is my intention to have a header of the family name and then to number the individuals which will be their page number with their family.
When I try to do this, whilst the first family only has 4 boxes, when I look at the print preview it is two thirds of the way down the sheet and split over two pages.
Can anyone help please or advise another program that I could try. I am using FH version 3 and an R300 Epson Printer If there is no way of dealing with this I shall have to reluctantly stop my new found hobby.

Thank you in anticipation
Ron

Change the paper to Landscape in the page settings, turn on the page boundaries on the diagram and adjust the page to best fit.

The document below was for putting a large diagram out to a big printer, but the logic for adjusting the page and position are the same.
