When exiting, and asked if you wish to backup - could the directory offered be the one you last used for backup, and not just the last one you used.

As far as I know the folder offered is than selected in Tools/Preferences under backup folder.

Have you specified a backup folder Jeremy? I am always directed to the backup folder that I have specified.
